Kisan Konnect is looking for a smart, field-oriented, and process-driven professional to strengthen our Inventory Audit function across our farm stores, KFHs, collection centers, packing units, and depots.

This role will work closely with the CFO’s office and lead a team involved in inventory control, audit execution, variance tracking, and process compliance across multiple operational locations.

? Key Expectations:

• Conduct and manage inventory audits across stores and warehouses

• Monitor stock variances, shrinkage, wastage, and process leakages

• Drive surprise audits and physical stock verification processes

• Ensure SOP compliance across operational locations

• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams

• Analyze audit findings and prepare actionable MIS/reports

• Support implementation of stronger inventory controls and accountability systems





• Handle field visits and operational investigations wherever required

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in retail, warehouse audit, q-commerce

• Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset

• Good understanding of inventory movement and stock controls

• Comfortable with extensive field operations

• Robust Excel and reporting skills

• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments

Candidates from retail, dark store, warehouse, logistics or food distribution backgrounds will be preferred.
