Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with Apigee API Platform (Apigee X and/or Apigee Hybrid).
- Strong knowledge of API protocols such as REST, SOAP, and API security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API Keys.
- Strong experience working either in CI/CD pipelines or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, collaborative environments.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
CI/CD Focused Experience (Either/Or Requirement)
- Experience configuring Apigee Hybrid runtime plane including Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent automation tools.
GCP Focused Experience (Either/Or Requirement)
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform services and integrations including Cloud Run, GKE, and IAM.
- Experience with API analytics, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering in Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience in API development, integration, or API platform engineering.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale API environments.
- Strong understanding of API governance, lifecycle management, and deployment best practices.
