Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IMPS/AEPS/NETC/CTS platforms
- Drive system improvements in performance, scalability, and resilience
- Ensure regulatory compliance and secure system design




- Own API lifecycle management and service governance
- Implement AI-assisted development practices responsibly
- Define standards for AI adoption in engineering workflows
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices automation
- Build and operate high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Microservices, Distributed Systems
- Experience with Apache Kafka / event-driven architectures
- Strong knowledge of databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, YugabyteDB, KDB+
- Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (Copilots, AI code assistants)
- Experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Familiarity with API gateways (Kong, NGINX)
- Solid understanding of performance tuning, concurrency, resilience patterns
