The Data & Insights (D&I;) team transforms data into relevant insights that power EA. We guide strategy and governance, build data and AI solutions, and ensure personalization experimentation and analytics; partner across teams to improve decisions and create more meaningful player experiences.

Responsibilities
- You will design large-scale, distributed systems and services with high availability, scalability, and performance requirements.
- You will lead the end-to-end development of complex features and systems, from design through deployment and ongoing operation.
- You will translate ambiguous product and requirements into explicit technical designs and execution plans.
- You will guide us architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs in scalability, reliability, cost, and maintainability.
- You will ensure by implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability best practices; participate in on-call rotations.
- You will resolve complex production issues across multiple systems and dependencies.
- You will establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.Qualifications:
