Role Description
The Quality Engineer will work on-site in Bihar, India in a full-time capacity, supporting construction projects to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role includes developing and implementing quality plans, conducting inspections and tests on materials and workmanship, and documenting quality metrics throughout the project lifecycle. The Quality Engineer will investigate non-conformities, recommend corrective and preventive actions,



and collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to resolve quality issues. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining quality records, supporting audits, and promoting best practices in safety and quality across the project site.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement quality processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven capability in managing Product Quality, including inspection, testing, and documentation of materials and construction work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; advanced certifications in quality (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant construction standards, codes, and safety regulations applicable in India.
