✔️ Master's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
✔️ Minimum 2 years of on-site clinical trial monitoring experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, NDCT Rules, and clinical trial processes
✔️ Experience in Diabetes, Ophthalmology, or Oncology (preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication and documentation skills
