About Clavent

Clavent helps B2B brands create meaningful business conversations through executive roundtables, leadership meetups, conferences, and account-based engagement programs. We are building a community-led growth engine for B2B marketers and looking for someone excited to help build it from the ground up.

Role Overview

You will help grow and engage Clavent’s B2B Marketers Community across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, events, and content. This role sits at the intersection of community, marketing, content, events, and growth.

What You’ll Do

*Community Growth & Engagement*

* Manage and grow our B2B marketers WhatsApp community
* Onboard and welcome recent members
* Drive conversations, discussions, polls, and engagement
* Build relationships with members and encourage participation
* Run initiatives to increase activity and retention

*Content & Social*

* Create and publish LinkedIn posts
* Write blogs, event summaries, and newsletters
* Develop content calendars and engagement ideas
* Create lightweight graphics using Canva (optional)

*Events & Experiences*





* Support planning and execution of monthly meetups and webinars
* Coordinate speakers and community activities
* Collect feedback and publish event highlights
* Help convert community conversations into offline engagement

*Research & Growth*

* Track competitor communities, events, and content
* Identify trends in B2B marketing and events
* Suggest experiments to improve growth and engagement
* Maintain community insights and reporting

*Bonus Initiatives*

* Run community AMAs, quizzes, job boards, podcasts, or member spotlights
* Build referral loops and member-led initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

* Strong written communication
* Active on LinkedIn and social platforms
* Curious about B2B marketing, startups, or events
* Comfortable speaking to people and building relationships
* Organized and proactive
* Bonus: Experience with Canva, WordPress, Notion, or ChatGPT
