Role Summary

QKS Group is looking for a Senior Database Manager to own the strategy, architecture, integrity, and activation of the organization's enterprise contact and subscriber database. This role sits within the marketing function and is central to how QKS Group segments, targets, and engages its CXO audience across demand generation, event promotion, and account based marketing programs. The ideal candidate combines robust database and data management fundamentals with an understanding of how B2B marketing and GTM teams use data operationally.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the end to end health of the enterprise database of CXO level contacts, including data structure, deduplication, enrichment, and hygiene.

● Define and enforce data governance standards, including field taxonomy, ownership rules, and update cadences across marketing systems.

● Build and maintain segmentation logic that supports demand generation, webinar promotion, event marketing, and account based campaigns across categories.

● Manage integrations between the core database and marketing automation, CRM,



and email platforms, ensuring clean, reliable data flow across systems.

● Partner with demand generation and campaign teams to translate business targeting requirements into accurate, exportable audience lists.

● Monitor and report on database growth, quality, and engagement metrics, flagging risks such as decay, duplication, or compliance gaps.

● Ensure the database complies with relevant data privacy regulations, including consent tracking and suppression management.

● Evaluate and recommend tools or process improvements to scale data operations as QKS Group's subscriber base and campaign volume grow.

● Support analyst relations and research teams with accurate contact and account data for briefings, surveys, and outreach.

● Train and guide marketing team members on data entry standards, CRM hygiene practices, and proper use of segmentation fields.
