A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Ankleshwar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Head to lead its Quality Department. The ideal candidate will drive quality improvement initiatives, oversee NABH accreditation activities, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence across the hospital.

Salary- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
*Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.*

Eligibility
- MHA / MBA (Healthcare) / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or any other relevant healthcare qualification.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hospital quality management.
- Proven experience in NABH accreditation, quality audits, patient safety, and process improvement initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of hospital quality standards, clinical governance, risk management, and quality indicators.
- Excellent leadership, documentation, analytical, and team management skills.
- Local candidates will be preferred.





Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hospital's Quality Department and ensure compliance with NABH standards.
- Plan, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives across all clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Coordinate NABH accreditation activities, internal audits, mock assessments, and external inspections.
- Develop, review, and implement hospital policies, SOPs, quality manuals, and clinical protocols.
- Monitor quality indicators, patient safety initiatives, infection control measures, and clinical outcomes.
- Conduct quality audits, root cause analysis (RCA), incident reporting, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programmes.
- Organize staff training programmes on quality standards, patient safety, and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure continuous process improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and presentations
