Role Overview

We are hiring experienced SAP HCM Payroll Implementation Consultants with robust expertise in European country payroll configuration. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale global payroll implementations across multiple European countries including Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll solutions for European countries
- Customize payroll solutions as per client requirements and best practices
- Conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery




- Support go-live activities and ensure payroll system readiness
- Maintain clear documentation and track project milestones

What We're Looking For
- 5–15 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations
- Strong knowledge of European payroll configuration and taxation
- Experience with PCR, Schema, Time Management
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Any European language knowledge is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
