Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
jQuery UI Lead
with
10–15 years of experience
in front-end development to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in
JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5, CSS3
, and modern UI development practices while leading a team of UI developers.

This role requires a solid technical leader who can provide architectural guidance, mentor development teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Develop reusable UI components using
JavaScript, jQuery, and jQuery UI
.
- Build responsive interfaces using
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
, and modern web standards.
- Optimize UI performance, browser compatibility, accessibility,



and application responsiveness.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, QA teams, and product owners.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex UI issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technology decisions.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI developers.
- Provide technical direction and resolve complex architectural challenges.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
- Support project estimation, sprint planning, resource allocation, and release management.
- Drive engineering best practices and promote clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for all UI-related initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
