Job Overview

A reputed law firm based in Fort, Mumbai is looking for an Associate – Non-Litigation with 4–5 years of experience in banking/NBFC advisory, corporate law, intellectual property, pharma laws, and data protection. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting, research, and advisory skills and be capable of independently handling diverse client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and vet financial, corporate, commercial, and transactional agreements.
- Advise on NBFC matters, including RBI compliance, co-lending, digital lending, and SOPs.
- Provide legal opinions and transaction structuring support for banking and finance matters.
- Advise clients on DPDP Act compliance and data protection frameworks.
- Handle IP-related matters,



including filings, oppositions, licensing, and IP-driven contracts.
- Provide regulatory and compliance advisory services for clients in the pharma sector.
- Draft legal notices, policies, compliance documents, and other legal instruments.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in non-litigation advisory.
- Strong expertise in NBFCs, corporate law, data protection, intellectual property, and pharma laws.
- Excellent drafting, legal research, and client advisory skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
