About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, polished, and customer-centric Client Engagement Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our international clients during their visits to India. This role combines premium client hospitality with administrative and facilities management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for creating memorable client experiences. During international client visits, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel itineraries, coordinating logistics, accompanying clients to meetings and tourist destinations, and ensuring they enjoy a seamless and culturally enriching experience. Between client visits, you will oversee office administration and facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

International Client Engagement




- Serve as the primary host for international clients visiting India.
- Plan and coordinate complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotel bookings, local transportation, dining, and sightseeing.
- Accompany clients during business meetings, social engagements, and leisure travel when required.
- Introduce clients to Indian culture, cuisine, and key tourist destinations, ensuring a memorable hospitality experience.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all client meetings and schedules are executed seamlessly.
- Handle last-minute itinerary changes and provide prompt solutions to client requests.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and professionalism.

Travel & Hospitality Management
