The Vice President - Operations will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of real estate developments, integrating technical design leadership with project execution excellence. The role ensures all projects are well-designed, compliant, cost-efficient, and delivered on time with high quality, thereby maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Span of Control
- Multiple concurrent projects across geographies
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across Design, Execution, MEP, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, QA/QC, and Project Controls functions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning
- Define short-term and long-term execution strategies aligned with company vision and business goals.
- Approve master project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and execution plans.
- Evaluate potential land deals and development prospects from an execution feasibility perspective, in collaboration with Business Development, Sales Head and Management.
- Ensure learnings from past projects is integrated into future project planning.




- Provide strategic direction for adopting recent technologies, sustainable practices, and construction innovations.
- Drive overall project profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Governance & Oversight
- Approve contractor/consultant appointments and major work orders. Develop and maintain a high-performing contractor, consultant, and vendor ecosystem to ensure quality, timelines, and commercial efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, statutory requirements, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
- Provide direction and take final decisions during critical disputes, escalations, or risks.
- Establish governance mechanisms for monitoring site compliance, audits, and corrective actions.
