About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Head of Talent Acquisition
to lead KOMP's global hiring strategy and build exceptional teams across multiple functions and regions. This role will oversee end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, employer branding, and talent acquisition operations while partnering closely with business leaders to support KOMP's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute KOMP's global talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, business, and leadership roles.
- Build scalable hiring processes and recruitment best practices.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Strengthen employer branding and enhance the candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.




- Leverage recruitment analytics and hiring metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience leading recruitment in technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple locations or global markets is a plus.
