Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Administrator role based in Kolkata. The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for welcoming members and visitors,



managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and providing clear information about services, schedules, and membership options. The role includes handling phone calls, email correspondence, and fax communication, as well as maintaining accurate records, updating member details, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. The Front Desk Administrator will coordinate appointments, assist with class bookings, process payments, and support coaches and management with basic office tasks. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and contributing to a friendly, professional member experience.

Qualifications
- Strong receptionist duties skills, including greeting visitors, managing check-ins, and handling front desk operations.
- Proficiency in customer service and communication, with the ability to respond to inquiries and support members in a professional manner.
