ECM Talent is supporting a leading global organisation undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and we are looking for needs an SAP IBP Workplace Management specialist to own environment stability, transports, and release governance across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production — 12-month B2B contract, fully remote.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end environment lifecycle management and health monitoring
- Release/transport coordination with project and business stakeholders
- Incident resolution and root-cause analysis
- Monitoring, automation, and dashboarding to cut down manual ops work
- Vendor and stakeholder communication, including direct SAP coordination
Required Experience
- 5+ years managing SAP application/environment landscapes, ideally with SAP IBP implementation or support experience
- Hands-on transport and release management, including deployment validation across environments
- ITIL know-how across Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Operations, and integration tooling
- A track record on security/compliance controls and audit support
