Role Description
The Customer Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX. In this role, the individual will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, present solutions and services, and proactively drive sales opportunities across Swiftcom Tech’s offerings. Daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, explaining product and service benefits, following up on leads,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other sales tools. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, assist with lead qualification, and provide consistent, professional customer support. The successful candidate will be expected to meet defined sales and customer experience targets while upholding Swiftcom Tech’s client-centric standards.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including active listening, explicit verbal communication, and professional email etiquette.
- Sales-focused abilities such as prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing, with experience in inbound and outbound call environments.
- Comfort with CRM systems and basic sales tools, including data entry, lead tracking, and maintaining accurate customer records.
