Role Description
The IT Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The IT Consultant will analyze business and technical requirements, design IT solutions, and provide consulting support to internal stakeholders across the Miba Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing existing systems, recommending improvements, coordinating implementation activities with technical teams,



and delivering documentation and user guidance. The role also involves providing technical support for IT services, helping resolve issues, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational standards and security guidelines. The IT Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in international calls or meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and tools.

Qualifications
- Strong IT Consulting and general Consulting skills, with experience advising stakeholders on technology solutions and strategies.
- Solid Information Technology knowledge, including understanding of core IT infrastructure, applications, and systems integration.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, problem-solving, and evaluating technical and business impacts.
- Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user assistance.
- Bachelor’s degree
