About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Lead to drive sales of inventory through our dealer network. This is a high-ownership, execution-driven role focused on onboarding, activating, and scaling dealers, while ensuring fast inventory liquidation within defined TAT.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
• Own and deliver monthly sales targets by disposing inventory within defined TAT
• Onboard new dealers and expand the network in the city
• Drive activation and repeat transactions from dealers
• Increase active/transacting dealers base consistently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers
• Lead and manage a team of 7-8 executives across assigned zones
Key Requirements
• 5-6 years of experience in distribution / B2B sales
• Strong experience in onboarding dealers + revenue generation roles
• Currently managing a team of at least 4-5 members
• Deep understanding of the local city market (Bangalore)
• Startup or high-growth setting experience preferred
• Highly target-driven, execution-focused
• Must be able to speak and understand Kannada language

• This is a mid-senior execution role, not suited for senior leadership profiles
• Candidates must be based in and familiar with the respective city
