Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of homecare nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate nurse deployment, duty scheduling, and manpower allocation based on patient requirements.
- Conduct patient assessments and periodic home visits to monitor service quality and clinical outcomes.
- Ensure implementation of physician-prescribed care plans, medications, and treatment protocols.
- Monitor patient satisfaction, address service concerns, and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff on clinical competencies, patient safety, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices, quality standards,
and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, family members, and internal stakeholders for seamless care delivery.
- Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and quality audit findings for management review.
Required Qualifications:
1. B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Council Registration.
2. Minimum 2 to 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in Home Healthcare, Hospital, or Community Nursing.
