Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving delegate sales and revenue for Tradepass events and programs. This role includes identifying and qualifying potential delegates, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings,



and presenting event value propositions aligned with client needs. Responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including negotiation, closing, and post-event relationship management to encourage repeat participation. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and production teams to refine delegate profiles, and providing feedback on market trends and customer requirements. The role also requires meeting individual and team sales targets, preparing regular reports, and representing Tradepass professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Solid delegate and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
