Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to recruiting teams by assisting with recruitment efforts.
- Manage all new hire onboarding paperwork within the application tracking system while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Enter all new consultant data into the applicant tracking system.
- Reviewing background screening reports, tracking statuses, and coordinating with background screening vendors to resolve discrepancies and provide adjudication support to the client.
- Liaison between recruiters, account managers and candidates to track onboarding of consultants.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process via phone calls, email check-ins providing daily updates, and answering any questions that may arise during the onboarding process.
- Responsible for administrative duties such as copying and filling of documents using MS Office Suite Applications and Adobe Acrobat.




- Assist the payroll department with entering consultant timesheets into the CRM database.
- Assist with managing third party vendor invoicing and billing.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in US onboarding / US HR operations
- Hands-on experience using Argus and HireRight for background screening and candidate onboarding - desired
- Hands-on experience with I-9, E-Verify and compliance processes
- Microsoft Office Suite Applications, Adobe Acrobat
- Solid communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to work according to the US eastern business hours.
- Experience supporting US/UK clientele – desired.
