Role Description
The Export Sales Manager is a full-time role responsible for driving international sales growth and managing export operations for ADL Laminates. This is a hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing recent export markets,
managing relationships with international clients and distributors, and preparing sales forecasts and business plans for target regions. The role involves negotiating pricing and contracts, coordinating with logistics and operations for timely shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements. The Export Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, gather market intelligence, participate in trade fairs or virtual events, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and opportunities.
