US IT Recruiters
to apply to jobs on behalf of our job seekers. You will be responsible for submitting a minimum of 50 job applications per day across multiple job portals, tracking each application accurately, and maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

• Submit a minimum of 50 job applications per day on behalf of assigned candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and company portals

• Log each application in a designated Google Sheet with company name, role, job description link, and resume used

• Upload the candidate’s resume PDF to a shared Google Drive and paste the link in the tracker

• Update a daily count tracker shared with the team lead at end of each day

• Flag any assessment, interview,



or screening emails received for the candidate immediately

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/desktop

• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Google Drive

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Ability to meet daily targets consistently

• Prior experience with job portals is a plus but not required
