We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented
Partner Manager
to drive enterprise sales growth and expand our channel partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners, driving revenue growth, ensuring licensing compliance, and strengthening market presence within the IT and Virtualization domain.
This role requires a strong blend of enterprise sales expertise, partner management capabilities, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise customers and grow existing accounts.
- Identify business opportunities, build robust customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Drive opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure.
Licensing & Compliance Management
- Ensure customers comply with software licensing agreements and policies.
- Advise customers on licensing models, optimization opportunities, and best practices.
- Work proactively with customers to address licensing-related concerns and requirements.
Channel Partner Development
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the channel partner network.
- Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners to increase market reach and sales coverage.
- Drive revenue growth through partners by developing joint business plans and sales initiatives.
- Support partners with training, enablement, and go-to-market activities.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner engagement and support.
