We are looking for an experienced Linux Kernel Engineer (LKE) ATE Lead to drive silicon validation and test enablement activities in Linux Kernel Environments. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Linux kernel architecture, content generation, and validation workflows, with a deep understanding of CPU architectures and embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Linux Kernel Environment (LKE) activities for validation and test enablement.
- Develop and maintain test/content generation frameworks within the LKE environment.
- Port Design Verification (DV) bare-metal tests to Linux Kernel Environment.
- Support silicon validation and system-level debug activities.
- Work closely with hardware, validation, and software teams to enable and validate next-generation platforms.
- Drive issue analysis, root cause identification, and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Linux Kernel/Embedded Systems development.
- Strong understanding of Linux Kernel Environment (LKE) architecture and workflows.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Content generation within LKE
- Porting DV bare-metal tests to LKE
- Silicon validation and debug
- USB, UFS, and DDR subsystems
- Good understanding of CPU architectures, preferably ARM-based platforms.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ATE (Automated Test Equipment) environments.
- Experience with AI/ML-based validation or automation tools.
- Knowledge of system-level performance analysis and automation frameworks.
