About the Role The CMDB / CSDM Architect is responsible for the technical integrity, architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate, scalable, and business-aligned configuration data. This role drives adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) across the organization and partners with various teams to establish trusted configuration data. The Architect is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for architecture decisions, complex integrations, data quality management, platform governance, and ServiceNow best practices.





Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Infrastructure, Application, Cloud, Security, and Business teams to establish trusted configuration data
- Support operational excellence and enable impact analysis
- Improve service visibility
- Drive adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) across the organization
- Ensure accurate, scalable, and business-aligned configuration data
- Make architecture decisions and handle complex integrations
- Manage data quality and platform governance
- Implement ServiceNow best practices

Requirements
- Develop and maintain the technical integrity of the ServiceNow CMDB
- Govern and continuously improve the CMDB
- Ensure data quality and certification
- Implement enterprise-scale CMDB solutions
- Configure MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, and Probes
- Utilize CI Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
