About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across our Enterprise Applications practice. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT Services sales, experience selling Microsoft, Oracle, and Salesforce solutions, and a proven track record of winning enterprise customers in the US and European markets.

This role requires a consultative selling mindset, the ability to engage senior decision-makers, and experience managing complex enterprise deals from prospecting through closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Salesforce, Azure, and Power Platform solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders across the US and European markets.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects,



and Delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions and commercial proposals.
- Leverage Microsoft, Oracle, and Salesforce partner ecosystems to generate opportunities and accelerate deal closures.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across implementation, AMS, managed services, and digital transformation engagements.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support GTM and business growth strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition targets.

Experience & Qualification

Must Have
- 10 – 15 years of Business Development / IT Services Sales experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of ERP/CRM sales experience.
- Experience handling customers across US and/or Europe.
- Consistent track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.

Preferred
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Experience selling digital transformation and cloud solutions.
