Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Relationship Manager for a full time, on-site role based in Jalandhar. The primary responsibilities include managing customer relationships, promoting the bank’s products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.



Additional duties involve cross-selling financial products, handling customer queries, maintaining records, and achieving sales targets as assigned. The role requires consistent engagement with clients, developing sustainable banking solutions tailored to meet customer needs, and adhering to the bank’s standards of service excellence.

Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to maintain and build strong client relationships.
- Sales skills, including cross-selling and up-selling financial products effectively.
- Product Knowledge, with a clear understanding of retail and corporate banking products such as loans, savings accounts, and credit services.
