About the Role

We are looking for a highly confident and experienced
International Tele Sales Executive
to join our team immediately. This role is focused entirely on
cold calling prospective B2B clients in the UK and US markets
to generate qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the UK and US.
- Introduce the company's IT services and identify potential business opportunities.
- Engage decision-makers, understand their requirements, and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Handle objections professionally and build rapport with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Consistently meet daily call targets and lead generation goals.





Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6years of experience in international tele sales or cold calling.
- International B2B calling experience is mandatory
, with prior experience calling and engaging clients in the
UK and US markets
.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or international accent.
- Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Experience speaking with business owners, senior managers, and other decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling
IT services, software development, SaaS, technology solutions, or other B2B services

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms.
- Proven track record of booking qualified appointments and generating sales opportunities.
