We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Cheshire Village. The ideal candidate will manage multiple teams, ensure the smooth functioning of all departments, and deliver outstanding guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Owner, the Resort Manager will play a key leadership role in maintaining operational excellence, driving sales, and upholding the resort’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and coordinate teams across various functions, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Monitor property condition, identify issues, and coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors to ensure timely repairs.
- Handle guest relations, address inquiries and complaints promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and occupancy by managing bookings, handling enquiries, and promoting resort services.




- Supervise budgets and operational expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for the Owner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in hospitality management or a similar operational leadership role.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Flexibility to work according to resort schedules, including weekends and holidays, with one day off weekly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
