reverseBits Tech LLP is seeking a passionate Python Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. We are looking for someone with 1–3 years of professional software development experience (excluding internships) in building scalable backend applications using Python.

The ideal candidate should have solid backend development fundamentals, an understanding of cloud-native application development, and experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to build high-quality software efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design, develop, and maintain application data.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and reusable code following engineering best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend application issues.




- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and improve team productivity.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining applications on AWS cloud services.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team during deployment and release activities.
- Actively utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar platforms to improve productivity, debugging, testing, documentation, and development workflows.
- Validate AI-generated solutions and ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Continuously stay updated with modern backend technologies, cloud services, and AI-assisted software engineering practices.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
