About the Role

The Pre-Sales Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by scheduling site visits and meetings. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to convert inquiries into potential sales opportunities for residential and commercial real estate projects.

What You Will Do

Lead Generation & Outreach
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing campaign leads
• Introduce company projects and provide relevant project information
• Qualify customer interest and generate potential sales leads

Customer Engagement
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic project details
• Address initial queries related to project location, pricing, amenities, and availability
• Encourage and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team

Lead Management
• Maintain accurate call records, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups




• Update lead status and maintain proper customer databases

Sales Coordination
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups
• Support marketing campaigns by contacting generated leads
• Ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team

What You Bring
- Graduate in any discipline
• 13 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or customer engagement roles
• Experience in real estate telecalling or real estate lead generation preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain consistent follow-ups
