We are looking for a agile and strategic Sales & Marketing Strategist to lead our overall sales and marketing function. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and maximize project performance. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, consumer behavior, and evolving industry trends, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

The role requires close collaboration with senior management, sales teams, channel partners, and marketing agencies to ensure all business initiatives are aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee the overall Sales and Marketing function,



ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives and revenue targets.

* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.

* Analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and recommend business strategies.

* Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project positioning, pricing, product planning, and go-to-market strategies.

* Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with market trends, customer requirements, project objectives, and business goals.

* Develop project-specific marketing plans, including branding, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, events, public relations, and lead generation initiatives.

* Collaborate with management to formulate sales strategies, pricing approaches, launch plans, promotional offers, and customer acquisition initiativ
