Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve admission targets within defined timelines and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Promote and position Physics Wallah's products and services through effective marketing and outreach activities.
- Plan and execute scholarship tests, admission drives, and other student engagement initiatives.
- Conduct seminars, student counselling sessions, school visits, workshops, and establish strong relationships with schools.
- Conduct market research to understand student preferences, competitor activities, and local market trends.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the Centre Manager to drive admissions and brand awareness.
- Gather and analyze student and parent feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate recent business leads through on-ground marketing, networking, and partnership initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, vendors,



and external partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, marketing campaigns, events, and program launches.
- Execute BTL and ATL marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and student enrollments.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Admissions (experience in the Education/EdTech sector is preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to conduct seminars, counselling sessions, and student engagement activities confidently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand market trends.
