Job Summary

Samannay Security Service is looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence, generate business leads, and promote our security, housekeeping, and manpower services across digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Google Business Profile).
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Content Creation
- Design creative graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
- Write captions, hashtags, and marketing content.
- Produce short promotional videos and client testimonials.

Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Run paid advertisements on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Increase brand awareness and online engagement.

Lead Generation




- Generate business inquiries for:
- Security Guard Services
- Housekeeping Services
- Security Supervisors
- Manpower Supply
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Business Development team.

Website & SEO
- Update website content regularly.
- Improve search engine visibility (SEO).
- Monitor website traffic and visitor engagement.

Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Maintain a professional online reputation.
- Coordinate with telecalling and sales teams for follow-ups.

Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Social media growth
- Lead generation
- Advertisement performance
- Reach and engagement
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
