We are seeking a highly motivated and consultative Presales Manager to drive business growth across Government, Public Sector, and Enterprise IT/ITES accounts. The role requires a robust blend of technical solutioning, bid management, client engagement, and strategic consulting capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in analyzing government and enterprise requirements, responding to RFPs/RFQs/EOIs, designing technology-led solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals.

As a key member of the business development and solutioning team, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate digital transformation initiatives through innovative solutions across Cloud, AI, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Enterprise Applications, and Managed Services. You will play a pivotal role in translating customer challenges into scalable, compliant, and commercially viable technology solutions while supporting revenue growth and long-term account development.

Role & responsibilities




- Government Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and manage opportunities across Central Government, State Government, PSUs, Smart Cities, Education, Healthcare, and other public sector organizations.
- Bid Qualification & Requirement Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements documented in RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, DPRs, Tender Documents, and Corrigenda, ensuring complete understanding of technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
- Solution Architecture & Proposal Development: Collaborate with solution architects, technical SMEs, infrastructure teams, and bid management teams to design end-to-end IT and digital transformation solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Technical Solutioning: Develop solution blueprints covering Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Digital Platforms, Enterprise Applications, Managed Services, Network Infrastructure, and emerging technology offerings
