Role Purpose:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth by combining technical expertise with strong customer relationship management. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable marine product solutions, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and technical support. The Sales Engineer acts as a key link between customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth.

Key Accountabilities
- Drive sales growth by leveraging technical expertise in marine products and delivering effective customer solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.




- Visit customers to understand technical requirements and provide product recommendations and demonstrations.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Provide technical support and product guidance throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Secondary Duties
- Assist with product launches, promotional activities, and technical training sessions.
- Support the onboarding of recent products and suppliers by providing technical input.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
