What you'll own

Own the end-to-end bookkeeping and taxation compliance for multiple companies

Job Descriptions
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple group entities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with tax compliance and filings as required
- Prepare periodic royalty statements accurately and on a timely basis
- Ensure data integrity within accounting systems (QuickBooks Online preferred)
- Support audits and financial reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes
- Ad hoc financial and accounting support as directed by the CFO

Requirements




- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Prior experience in KPO / outsourced accounting services is preferred (preferably Canada)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to work overlapping hours with MST time zone

Logistics
- Location: Remote (India-based)
- Hours: Full time, aligned to MST business hours (night shift in India)
- Reports to: CFO
- Compensation: 6–8 lakhs INR
