We are looking for a
Senior Sales Manager
with robust experience in
commercial gym equipment sales
to drive business growth for a leading fitness and wellness organization.

Location:
Gurugram

Experience:
4–8 Years in Gyp Equipment sales

CTC - 8 LPA

Industry Requirement:
Fitness Equipment / Gym Equipment Sales Only

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build relationships with commercial gyms, fitness chains, hospitality clients, corporates, and institutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and manage customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile




- 4–8 years of experience in
commercial gym equipment sales is mandatory
.
- Strong experience selling fitness equipment such as cardio machines, strength equipment, functional training equipment, or complete gym setup solutions.
- Existing network with gyms, fitness chains, trainers, or wellness businesses is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Graduation/MBA preferred.

Note: Candidates without prior gym equipment sales experience will not be considered.
