About the Role:

This is a high-ownership role. You'll run the content calendar end-to-end planning it, writing most of it yourself, and coordinating with subject matter experts and the design team to get the rest across the line.

A valuable chunk of what we do involves numbers, compliance, and US accounting practices, so writing that's credible to a CFO or business owner matters more here than writing that's just "on-brand."

Prior exposure to US accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services content is a real advantage — you don't need to be an accountant, but you should be comfortable enough with the terminology and audience that you're not writing at arm's length.

What You'll Own:

Content Strategy & Planning
- Build and publish the monthly content calendar by the last day of every month
- Plan content around campaigns, business goals, and industry trends
- Keep a healthy mix of educational, promotional, and thought-leadership content

Social Media
- 2 LinkedIn posts per week
- 1 case study per week, repurposed into carousel posts for LinkedIn and other platforms




- 2 blog articles per week, each repurposed into social posts
- 1 social media creative post per week
- 4–5 Reels per month
- Weekly "Tip/Trend of the Week" post, published every Friday
- 4 Founder's Note pieces per month
- 2–3 Google Business Profile posts per week

Email & Newsletter
- Monthly newsletter, published on the 15th (no lead magnet attached)
- Weekly client newsletter
- Email sequencing for leads and clients (in progress — a future build-out, not a day-one expectation)

Case Studies & Testimonials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to pull case study material
- Write, format, and repurpose case studies into carousel and social content
- Publish a testimonial piece on the 15th of every month

Blog
- Research and write two blogs a month, aligned with the editorial calendar
- Repurpose each blog into LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X posts
