Role Description
As a Senior 3D Artist at Elements VFX, you will work full time in a remote capacity, creating high-quality 3D assets and shots for a variety of VFX projects. You will be responsible for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rigging 3D elements, ensuring they meet project specifications and integrate smoothly with compositing and other departments. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting creative briefs, collaborating with supervisors and other artists,



iterating on feedback, and maintaining consistent quality across your work. You will help establish best practices, mentor less-experienced artists, and contribute to efficient workflows and pipeline improvements. The role requires strong ownership of deadlines, clear communication in a remote setting, and the ability to adapt to different project styles and technical requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in 3D Modeling and Texturing for environments, props, and characters.
- Advanced skills in Lighting for realistic and stylized renders, with an eye for composition and mood.
- Experience with Rigging for characters and complex assets, including deformation and control setups.
- Expert-level knowledge of Blender as a primary 3D tool, including scene management and rendering.
- Previous experience in VFX, animation, or game production, preferably in a senior or lead artist
