We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service at the branch level. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving financial targets, maintaining compliance, and building robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day branch operations
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve performance goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and expenses
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local partners
- Review sales reports, MIS, and operational metrics regularly
- Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and team development initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and audit readiness





Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of operations, sales, and customer service management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Experience
