Job Summary

Are you data-curious, highly organized, and eager to dive into the world of Product-Led Growth? We are looking for a PLG Associate to join our team. In this internship role, you will be the engine behind our daily campaign execution and performance reporting across multiple product categories.

This role is heavily focused on skill development. You will receive direct mentorship and guidance from senior team members to help you master the fundamentals of growth marketing, campaign automation, and data analysis at a rapid pace.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Support the setup, testing, and launching of daily growth campaigns across various channels and product categories.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain and update daily/weekly performance reports with high accuracy, ensuring visibility into active campaigns.
- Asset & Timeline Management: Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure all campaign creatives are ready and organized ahead of schedule.
- Data Monitoring:



Keep a close eye on campaign metrics and flag any anomalies or sudden drops in performance to your L3 Manager.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions and work to rapidly improve your technical skills in marketing automation and data tools.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience/internships).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers and basic spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). You don't need to be a math wizard, but you shouldn't be afraid of data
- Attention to Detail: You are someone who spots a typo from a mile away and double-checks links before hitting "send."
- Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to rapidly develop technical growth skills.
- Communication: Robust written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.
