Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Circular Management
- Analyze and interpret circulars, guidelines, and notifications issued by SEBI, AMFI, RBI, CBDT, NPCI, Ministry of Finance (MoF), and Government of India (GoI).
- Evaluate business and operational impact of regulatory changes.
- Prepare and review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process Notes, SOPs, FAQs, Forms, and implementation documents.
- Ensure timely implementation of regulatory requirements and process modifications.

Change Management & Project Execution
- Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Business teams for regulatory change implementation.
- Manage end-to-end execution of Change Requests (CRs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment validation, and production releases.
- Track project milestones and ensure adherence to regulatory timelines.

AMC & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of contact for AMC-related regulatory and operational queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, IT, Compliance, Audit, Communications, and Business Units.




- Provide timely clarifications on regulatory and operational matters.

Escalation Management
- Handle critical operational and regulatory escalations from AMCs and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve service delivery.

Regulatory Communications
- Manage fortnightly nominee communications and related operational activities.
- Coordinate monthly communication on deceased investors and folios with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Communications team for regulatory communication triggers and investor notifications.

Governance & Audit Support
- Maintain and monitor the Regulatory Circular Tracker and implementation status.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
