Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a growing team at Level Up PR. This full time, on-site role is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and includes responsibilities such as implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The role involves handling employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, compliance documentation,



and HR reporting. This position also contributes to building a positive work culture, organizing engagement initiatives, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end HR processes.
- 1-2 years of experience
- Practical experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the capability to draft, update, and implement policies.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
