Role & responsibilities :
- Lead annual budgeting and planning processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
- Perform revenue, cost, and profitability variance analysis.
- Develop financial models, scenario planning, and business cases.
- Prepare MIS reports and executive dashboards.
- Partner with business teams to support strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile
- CA, CMA, MBA Finance, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
- 4-8 years experience in FP&A;, Budgeting, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services is required.
