Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with event participants, creators, influencers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage attendee communication, registrations, confirmations, and follow-ups before and during the event.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing event activities, sessions, and on-ground operations.
- Support creator and influencer management, including coordination of logistics and event deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle real-time event requirements, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide on-ground support as needed.
- Maintain event documentation, attendance records, and post-event reporting.




- Contribute to creating a positive and engaging experience for attendees, creators, and brand partners.
