Role Overview
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions using Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI frameworks. You will lead end-to-end data science initiatives, transforming complex business challenges into innovative, scalable, and impactful AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business problems into data science and research opportunities.
- Design and develop AI solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Manage the complete data science lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and validate business hypotheses.
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
- Present technical findings and business insights to stakeholders, leadership, and external audiences.
- Contribute to research publications, patents, and technical innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
